We pride ourselves on our dedication to craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a skilled Cement Mason to join our team and help us continue delivering excellent results.
Job Description: As a Cement Mason at M & R Concrete, you will be responsible for preparing, placing, finishing, and repairing concrete surfaces. Projects include driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, and more. We seek a hardworking individual with an eye for detail who takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and align forms for concrete placement.
- Pour, spread, level, and smooth concrete using various tools.
- Apply finishing techniques such as edging, stamping, and texturing.
- Repair and patch damaged concrete surfaces as needed.
- Ensure job site safety and cleanliness.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools related to concrete work.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
Qualification:
- 2+ years of experience in concrete finishing or masonry.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques in concrete construction.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
- OSHA certification (a plus but not required).
